This is more a request, than a problem.

Before i get to the point, let me say that i used TortoiseSVN, and TortoiseGit is just as good as it, but there is one huge (I.M.O.) problem: The sync interface is not close to be user-friendly. I'm a developer myself, and i know that changing the layout of something sometimes is harder than it seems, but i think you should think about a new layout for the sync screen. Icons for pull and push, hide all the advanced options, and show with colors if you are synced or not. I suggest you take a look on Github client for Mac. I don't use Mac, but i have a coworker here, and i must say Github client is way cleaner and easy to use when it comes to sync.
